NOTICE: All approved returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Returns & Eligibility We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging. For safety, hygiene, and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns on: Opened or burned candles Used or partially used items Custom orders Gift sets that have been opened Items marked “Final Sale” Gift cards 50% Restocking Fee All approved returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee. This covers: Quality inspection Packaging replacement Product handling Loss of resale value on a scent-sensitive item This fee applies to all eligible returns, unless the product arrived damaged or defective. Damaged or Defective Items If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method if approved. Once your return is approved and received, applicable refunds will be processed (minus the restocking fee) to the original method of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
